How Happy & Healthy is your relation with Self !!

Each one of us measures their happiness at look at self through the lens of our relationships with others like our family, friends, spouse, children, neighbour, colleagues!!

Today I was struck by this thought "How many of us are Happy with our Relationship with Self

"How much I trust, respect, love and a friend to Self "!!

"How much faith I have on my decisions and how understanding I am to Self "!!!

And then I said I must attempt to write  "What does it take to have a Love Relationship with Self :)"

To truly accept and feel gratitude for where you are at in life and who you are as a person, as well as how you look and think, is having a respectful and loving relationship with yourself.

You’re worth every second you spend that helps you live a happier, healthier, and stress-free life you’re passionate about.

Take care of your Basic Needs- Sleep, Eat Healthy, Exercise and Shop :)

Treat Yourself to some"Me Time". Feel the oneness of who you are with the Earth and all around you.

Introduce Affirmations, every morning speak positive and uplifting words or phrases to yourself in the mirror, like “I accept myself unconditionally” and “Muahaaa ....I Love You ”. It sounds cheesy, but your body truly does hear every word you speak and think through chemicals triggered by emotions.

Spend time with like minded people, we’re all unique – and usually when we feel ‘alone’ it’s because we’re not with the right people that support our growth and interests.

Be kind to yourself and let go of your Inner Perfectionist!!

Meditate and be your Best Friend ; By spending a few quiet moments with yourself, you can begin to assess your behaviors, your thought process, and determine the endless possibilities of your personal growth. This will lead to a better understanding of yourself and allow you to perform better self-care.

Prioritize Yourself and What Gives you Joy!

If you are critical with your own behaviors, you are probably critical of how others behave. By becoming more tolerable of yourself, you become more tolerant of others and others will become more tolerant of you in the process.

Sometimes when we are hard on ourselves and in our deepest moments of insecurity, we can be extremely judgmental of others.

Start to learn to turn down the volume on your inner critic, swap your negative statements for positive ones, and begin to become your own best friend. Best friends laugh over matters and make things simple and easy for each other.

Never forget you’re worth it and have a blast wooing yourself!

So stop wasting time worrying about the things you cannot change and start being grateful for all the amazing things you have instead like a sleeping child while you can write your Blog or grabbing a Orange Tropical Chocolate and enjoying it guilt free!

While it may be hard to admit the truth, it's always better to get things off your chest for your own happiness. To prevent problems from building up, remember to always take care of yourself first.

“It’s crucial to have a great relationship with ourselves because it’s the only relationship that you are guaranteed to have every day of your life!”
